Quebec health minister changes tone on family doctor shortage with new bill

Quebec family doctors were outraged to hear François Legault accuse them of not holding up their end of the bargain last month to take on 1,000 patients. The premier insisted this was the only way to make sure every Quebecer had a GP, and the province’s emergency rooms remain unclogged. But the health minister has presented a different plan entirely with a new bill.Raquel Fletcher reports.
