Premier Doug Ford was in East Gwillimbury with his ministers of transportation and finance on Monday, to reaffirm support for the construction of a new four-lane highway. The Bradford Bypass has been proposed before and while the province says it will be fully funded, criticism of its construction remains strong. Matthew Bingley reports.
