Polls open as residents begin heading to the polls to vote in Quebec’s municipal election

Quebec residents can cast their ballot at their local polling stations across the province from 9:30 a.m. to 8 p.m. Sunday, but for the City of Montreal, polls were open as early as Saturday morning. Global's Dan Spector caught up with some early voters.
