For many, booking a road test in Ontario is proving to be a test in and of itself, with some unable to find appointments online and others lining up for hours at testing centres just to snag a spot. It’s all because of a huge backlog of tests that have been cancelled due to the COVID-19 pandemic. Kayla McLean has more.
