B.C. Premier John Horgan announces he will undergo surgery to remove lump in his throat

B.C. Premier John Horgan held an impromptu press conference Thursday morning to inform the public that he will be undergoing surgery on Friday morning. A few months ago, Horgan found a lump in his neck and surgery on Friday will determine if the growth is cancerous.
