New Brunswick Premier Blaine Higgs announced on Thursday the circuit breaker public health measure will be extended for at least another seven days in COVID-19 hotspot areas of the province. Specifically Zone 2, the Saint John region, has the highest COVID-19 positivity rate in New Brunswick.
