NDP MP Charlie Angus called on Prime Minister Justin Trudeau on Monday to drop his appeal to the Canadian Human Rights Tribunal and accept its order that the government compensate children affected by the on-reserve child welfare system. Angus said until such legal actions are ended, Trudeau cannot “claim he is on the path of justice.”
