New Brunswick Premier Blaine Higgs said Thursday that the province was on track to deliver its QR-code proof-of-vaccination credentials by mid-November. The announcement comes just hours after Prime Minister Justin Trudeau announced a standardized federal proof-of-vaccination certificate that several provinces were already using, though New Brunswick was not among those listed.
