As U.S. reopens border, calls for Canada to end COVID-19 test requirement

With the U.S. government announcing it will re-open its border to non-essential travel by Canadians, there are growing calls for Ottawa to end its requirement that anyone entering Canada have a negative COVID-19 test. Richard Zussman reports.
