A motorcyclist suffered serious injuries following a collision in Peterborough on Sunday afternoon. Around the noon hour, a vehicle and motorcycle collided along Parkhill Road between Reid and Downie streets. Police say the motorcyclist was first taken to Peterborough Regional Health Centre and then transferred to a Toronto hospital. The road was reopened a few hours later. The cause of the collision remains under investigation.
