U.S. Homeland Security secretary says department will look into possible disbanding of horse patrol

Speaking at a White House press briefing on Friday, U.S. Secretary of Homeland Security Alejandro Mayorkas said the department would look into the possibility of disbanding the horse patrol unit of the border patrol, but stressed that the unit “has actually saved lives many times before.”
