The Federal election campaign is over but the Municipal races have started across Quebec. At a campaign stop at the foot of Montreal’s Mount Royal, Projet Montreal Leader Valérie Plante took aim at Denis Coderre for expressing a desire to allow skyscrapers to be built taller than the mountain, despite a consensus against that since 1992.
