In his address to the United Nations General Assembly on Tuesday, U.S. President Joe Biden said his administration is “not seeking a new cold war.” Although he did not address China or Russia specifically, he said the U.S. is ready to work with “any nation” on shared challenges, even those with which it has “intense disagreements.”
