Ontario Health Minister Christine Elliott said Tuesday that if a business employee feels threatened with a customer having issue over non-compliance of the vaccine passport system, she said they could call 911. She added in terms of tying up emergency lines, she’s doesn’t anticipate a huge volume of calls.
