Construction on the Peace Arch monument at the Canada-U.S. border in Blaine was completed 100 years ago just as another pandemic was wrapping up. This year, the land crossing remains closed to Canadian travellers due to COVID-19 and as Kristen Robinson reports, some believe we won’t be driving south for shopping trips anytime soon.
