When it comes to public art in Edmonton, there's often a debate associated with the idea -- from whether it's needed at all or the cost of various pieces, to where they're located. The city's policy sees one per cent of construction budgets dedicated to art, but changes are coming to the policy. David Turnbull, director of public are and conservation with the Edmonton Arts Council, joins Global News at Noon Edmonton with more information.
