Langford to host B.C.’s first music festival since pandemic

The stadium will be at most half full and the weather may not be the best –but B.C’s first festival in a year and a half is getting set to kick off in Langford. And as Kylie Stanton reports, artists who’ve been cooped up like the rest of us are almost giddy with anticipation.
