Halifax Regional Council has committed up to $500,000 to spend towards finding emergency supportive housing solutions for displaced occupants of mass shelter and tent evictions involving Halifax Regional Police. Until those solutions are enacted, a community network is calling for a moratorium on further evictions. Alexa MacLean reports.
