Advocates demand federal party leaders make unemployment insurance easier to access

On Sunday, a press conference to launch the campaign of the National Council of Unemployed Workers (NCUW) was held in a push to make federal leaders take notice of the importance of the social safety net and of a 21st century Employment Insurance (EI) program.
