B.C. transportation minister announces plans to replace the Massey Tunnel

Transportation and Infrastructure Minister Rob Fleming announces plans to replace the aging Massey Tunnel on Wednesday with an eight-lane immersed tunnel to connect Delta and Richmond along Highway 99.
