Many employers are considering giving employees the choice to permanently work from home. Companies like Facebook, Twitter and Google are considering a pay cut for remote employees who decide to move to less expensive areas. Should employers be able to change an employee’s wage depending on where they live? Global News’ Sharmeen Somani spoke with some experts who tell us what they think.
