Quebec CEGEPs and Universities scramble to keep up with evolving COVID-19 situation

While the ministry of higher education says masks don’t need to be worn in class at the CEGEP and university level, some schools disagree. And while the vaccination passport won’t be required to attend class, it’s expected it will be needed for extracurricular activities. Tim Sargeant explains.
