River water level concerns across Alberta due to high temperatures, low moisture

Few rainfalls this year means several Alberta rivers are running low, prompting water shortage advisories. As Phil Darlington explains, in some parts of the province it could become a more frequent concern if temperatures stay high and precipitation levels remain low both in the winter and summer.
