Speaking to reporters on Tuesday, provincial health officer Dr. Bonnie Henry explains why British Columbians who received a 'mix and match vaccine' should not expect a third dose of mRNA vaccine at this time. This comes after Quebec announced it will offer a third dose to help people whose vaccinations aren't recognized in parts of the European Union and the U.S.
