Boat club makes getting out on the water more accessible for first-timers

For most people, owning a boat just isn’t an option. They’re expensive and require a lot of maintenance. But one club is making this dream more attainable and inspiring brand new boaters to get out on the water – including Miranda Anthistle and Mike Arsenault, who took a ride around Lake Ontario.
