Durham businesses prepare for Ontario’s Step 3 reopening

In a matter of hours the province will be going into Step 3 of it’s reopening plan. Thursday, many businesses across the region were gearing up and preparing to welcome customers and clientele back indoors. As Aaron Streck reports, many are excited to be reopening ahead of schedule.
