B.C. church joined up to 100 others around the world Saturday for a 200th anniversary celebration

St. James Anglican church on Vancouver’s Downtown Eastside joined churches in four continents and 11 time zones to mark the Ellacombe chimes system. It was designed in 1821 by a reverend in the U.K. The apparatus is used in bell towers everywhere.
