A once highly controversial zoo exhibit is making its return in Calgary. But there are promises the newly designed high-tech sanctuary for polar bears will be very different from the one decades ago. As Jill Croteau reports, the Canadian wilds exhibit will be revamped to the tune of $31 million with half the money coming from the province of Alberta.
