Defence Minister Harjit Sajjan detailed Friday the various supports the federal government was putting in place to help with the B.C. wildfires, including various aircraft being provided for supplies and personnel. He also said they had a Canadian Armed Forces immediate response unit of 350 members in Edmonton, who will be able to deploy and help with issues like logistics when called upon.
