June 27, 2021
For the first time since November, P.E.I. is welcoming visitors from the three other Atlantic provinces. Rules for entry are strict: a rapid test, travel registration and at least one dose of a vaccine. But it's part of the slow reunification of the eastern part of the country. Silas Brown has more.
