Cullen Commission to reconvene to hear key witness

Last month, after more than 130 days and 200 witnesses, the evidentiary phase of the Cullen Commission into money laundering wrapped up testimony.
But as John Hua reports, the inquiry is now getting set to resume after a key witness changed his mind and decided to testify.
