Manitoba aims to have all students resume in-class learning in September

Manitoba’s Education Minister Cliff Cullen announced on Thursday that the province aims to have all students return to in-person classes full time in September. Cullen said that final decisions about what COVID-19 measures may need to be in place will be announced in August.
