Addressing concerns with the province’s vaccine card on Thursday, Manitoba Premier Brian Pallister said there are issues with three per cent of cases where those who have received a COVID-19 vaccine may not see it reported accurately on the card. He cautioned that the program is “brand new” and applies to more than a million people.
