Ontario’s outgoing chief medical officer of health Dr. David Williams reflected on his time in the role in what was his final COVID-19 briefing Thursday, saying they’ve been through “challenging times” and thanked those he’s worked with and the efforts Ontarians have put in during the pandemic.
