Edmontonians speak in opposition to service changes and new fees at parks, city facilities

For the first time, Edmontonians had a change to formally weigh in on plans to cut costs and generate additional revenue by changing city services such as paid parking at city parks, and privatizing golf courses. As Sarah Ryan explains, the feedback wasn’t positive.
