In New Brunswick, National Indigenous Peoples Day was celebrated on the grounds of the provincial legislature. The premier and aboriginal affairs minister were there to raise the flags of the three Indigenous nations in the province. According to some, it’s an important gesture but one that needs to be backed up by a willingness to work together. Silas Brown reports.
