Province announces back-to-school plan for September

The province has announced what back-to-school will look like in September and to the relief of many, it'll look a lot like it was before the pandemic. Cohorts will be gone and extracurricular activities back. But as Richard Zussman reports, the final plan will depend on what happens this summer.
