2 arrested after allegedly trying to break into the Islamic Institute of Toronto, hurling threats

Toronto police said they believe the man and woman were under the influence of drugs when they tried to break into the Islamic Institute of Toronto. Despite threats to cause harm, police did not find any weapons or explosives. Marianne Dimain reports.
