Premier Jason Kenney had been hinting at an immunization incentive since May, and now adults in Alberta have it: one shot of a COVID-19 vaccine for a shot at being a millionaire. On Saturday, Kenney announced a vaccination lottery. It comes as the province is inching closer to triggering the next and final phase of its reopening plan. Nicole Stillger has more.
