Alberta would look at other data to fully reopen, but 70% first dose threshold preferred: Hinshaw

Dr. Deena Hinshaw says the province would look at other data like second dose coverage if the target for Stage 3 of reopening is not met, but the preference continues to be that 70 per cent of eligible Albertans receive a first dose.
