With public restrooms being harder to find then ever, Wild Rock Outfitters in downtown Peterborough has taken it upon themselves to install a public porta potty on their property in an effort to help out the local homeless population. The Downtown Business Improvement Area commends the initiative but says the situation should not have come to this. Sam Houpt has the story.
