Consumer SOS: Volkswagen denies fault after glass breakages

Some Volkswagen customers in Ontario are complaining that their new vehicles are breaking down in unexpected ways. A Tillsonburg woman who closed her door discovered that the simple act of closing her door shattered the rear glass. As Seán O’Shea reports, it is not an isolated case.
