Montreal’s West Island community is rallying to support residents of an apartment building in Dollard-des-Ormeaux. Many were left homeless after a devastating fire overnight Saturday. As Global’s Phil Carpenter reports, those working to help the tenants say much more is needed to get them back on their feet.
