Chief Steve Williams, with the London Police Service, sought to reassure the Muslim community on Monday after a deadly vehicle attack that killed four members of the same family and injured a nine-year-old child. “You are safe,” he told members of the community after police revealed the family is believed to have been targeted due to their Muslim faith.
