Manitoba’s chief provincial public health officer Dr. Brent Roussin said on Monday that a COVID-19 vaccine card is “in the works” to allow vaccinated Manitobans to prove their status. Roussin said they wanted to develop such a card because they “can’t control what other jurisdictions do.”
