Transport hauling cement dividers rolls near Omemee

A driver was taken to hospital as a precaution after a transport hauling concrete blocks crashed on Mount Horeb Road near Omemee on Thursday afternoon.

The crash happened near Highway 7 just west of Omemee.

Tow trucks spent several hours removing the rolled cab and trailer.

City of Kawartha Lakes OPP on scene said the driver was taken to hospital in Lindsay as a precaution.

It is unclear if any charges will be laid.
