Grocery store owner, union president concerned Manitoba shoppers will ignore new restrictions

Beginning Saturday, only one member of each household is allowed to enter a business at a time in Manitoba, but some in the retail sector are concerned people simply won’t comply, and it will be left up to workers to try to enforce the rules. Global’s Anya Nazeravich has the story.
