Ontario health minister lays out details of three-step reopening plan

Ontario Health Minister and Deputy Premier Christine Elliott laid out on Thursday the details of the province’s reopening plan, starting with gradually increasing limits on outdoor gatherings and dining. She said the first step will take effect around June 14.
