U.S. President Joe Biden said on Thursday his government had granted a Jones Act waiver that would allow non-U.S. flag-bearing vessels to transport refined fuel to “affected areas,” in order to “limit the pain being felt by customers” following the cyberattack on Colonial Pipeline.
