Quebec bumps up booster COVID-19 shot for adults undergoing dialysis, cancer treatments

When the province started giving the COVID-19 vaccine, authorities decided they will give as many first doses as possible. That meant instead of the recommended 21 days to administer the second shot, people would have to wait about four months. Now, Quebec has changed its mind for a certain group of people.
